Tour Itinerary

Departure 8 a.m. by the old highway to Cochabamba to the most important archeological site in the eastern region. "El Fuerte", a site where several pre-colonial cultures had settled until it became an Inca ceremonial site, is located near the town of Samaipata and has been designated a cultural Heritage OF HUMANITY BY THE UNESCO. This stone, carved thousands of years ago, shows the diverse religious tendencies of the area inhabitants. Afterwards, we will visit the Samaipata regional Museum, displaying some objects found at the site and areas surrounding it and a local handicrafts. SHOP ON THE RETURN TRIP WE WILL VISIT the "Cuevas" waterfalls.
