Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - 14 August : Quillacollo
Transportation from the airport to a 3*** hotel. Visit to the province of Quillacollo to see the fabulous folklore festival in honor of the Virgin of Urkupiña, with performances by different autochthonous groups. Typical lunch in Quillacollo. In the afternoon the continuation of the festival
18:00 dinner and return.
Day 2 - 15 August : Temple of Quillacollo
15 August. Breakfast at the hotel. Transportation to the province of Quillacollo to see the continuation of the festival. Lunch. Visit to the temple of Quillacollo to see the image of the Virgin of Urkupiña and the religious ceremony and blessing of the different goods belonging to the devotees of the virgin. Dinner and return.
Day 3 - 16 August : Virgin of Urkupiña
16 August. Walk to Quillacollo (15 Km.) Breakfast. Transportation to the Virgin of Urkupiña hill. Lunch. In the afternoon rocks are collected from the hill (a local belief). Dinner and return
Day 4 - 17 August : Return
Breakfast. Transportation from the hotel to the airport.
