To get to the city of Uyuni one can take the train from Villazon and Oruro. There are also overland bus services from La Paz, Potosi and Sucre. Uyuni has more than 22 local operators offering circuits in the area. Some Potosi and La Paz travel agencies also offer circuits in the region. If you wish to visit the Uyuni Salt Pan, please register at the Prefecture or Town Hall (Alcaldia) in Uyuni.

La Paz - Oruro: Daily services from the bus terminus at 6 a.m.
Oruro - Uyuni: Train services on Wednesdays and Fridays
Uyuni - Reserve: 4WD and pickup truck car rentals

If you start your tour from La Paz, you should fly to Sucre, go by land to Potosi, and from there go to Uyuni
